We staff defined disciplines that map to real mandates for GBM Group and their clients. Each engagement is scoped, milestone-driven, and documented for audit and handover.
Design and integrate market technology—OEMS/PMS connectivity, FIX and market-data feeds, cloud environments, access controls, and production readiness.
Build reliable pipelines and models, enforce data quality, and deliver decision dashboards for execution, risk, P&L, and management reporting.
Develop allocator-ready materials—strategy narratives, decks, RFP/DDQ responses, insight pieces—and support outreach workflows (lists, follow-ups, event prep).
Implement processes, runbooks, and governance (onboarding, vendor/counterparty setup, SOPs, MI reporting), with PMO discipline across timelines and documentation.
